Youth Training


Our Youth Athletic Performance Program is designed to build and improve a strength and conditioning foundation for young athletes. Designed for ages 9-14, this camp will teach the basics of strength exercises and improve the athlete’s speed, agility, explosiveness and body awareness. Classe will be split into 1 day of Strength Training and 1 day of Speed and Agility Training. 

Classes will begin on Monday June 17th and meet on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Class will meet on the following days: June 17,19,24,26  and July 1,8,10,15,17,22,24

Ages 9-11 will meet at 10am-11am and ages 12-14 will meet at 11am-12pm

Camp cost is $125 for 6 weeks
