Youth Programs


Our Youth Performance Summer Camp is designed to build and improve a strength and conditioning foundation for young athletes. Designed for ages 9-14, this camp will teach the basics of strength exercises and improve the athlete’s speed, agility, explosiveness and body awareness. This camp will benefit any young athlete in their chosen sport development.

Camps will begin on Monday June 19th and Run for 6 weeks. (off the week of July 4)

Sessions will meet every Monday and Wednesday.

Ages 9-11 will meet at 10am-11am and ages 12-14 will meet at 11am-12pm

Camp cost is $125 for 6 weeks
